    Time to arrive?
    Hi there,

Yesterday (Tuesday), my student finance status changed to prepared and just an hour ago changed to "submitted". Now the payment isn't due to land until the 16th but because my bank, Natwest, consider Saturday a working day, I was expecting it to land on the 14th.

However, since it is now Wednesday and has changed to submitted, I am wondering if it will arrive on the Friday instead? Because it usually only takes three working days, including the day on which it was sent.

Works the same way as JSA. My wife signed on yesterday and it will be submitted today and arrive in her account on Friday.

Have I got this right - can I be expecting my money through on the Friday?

    Thanks,

    WW

If your starting uni in September then student finance won't be paid to u untill u haves registered on the course. You should get a letter showing u a breakdown of your payments and. What dates to expect them

Ashley24, not being rude but if you read what we have put properly, WillyWonka knows how long it normally takes and I know what time it's normally in by. Also if we were registering for September it would not have been submitted now. Only reason the question was stated was because our student finance status' changed to submitted and although it says Monday the 16th for our loans it generally only takes 3working days which would have made it today. Last loan installments I got arrived on the sat before the Monday it was supposed to and before I got a text saying it will be in the next day lol

Okay, I'm with Natwest too, so hopefully it'll be the same for me. Also, I work part time, and when I get my pay, after the 3 days waiting it usually comes in at around 7pm, just letting you know because it might be similar with student finance aswell, but i'm not sure.

Mine is due in on the 16th April too and it changed to submitted late on Tuesday night, I bank with Halifax but no money is in my account, do they not count Saturday as a working day or will it show up at 9am?

Because Natwest class Saturday as a 'working day' those customers will normally be able to withdraw their fund on the saturday as it takes 3 working days for your bank to accept the BACS payment, so unfrtunatly for Halifax and other customers it's the Monday

hey everyone. My loan was due to arrive on Monday the 16th, and i checked my payment schedule on Sunday night and it said submitted, it is now Wednesday 18th and i still haven't been paid. On my student finance schedule it still says submitted. Is anyone else having this problem or know when I will get paid?

Same situation here, still no payment. Also, where is everybody seeing this 'submitted' status? I never bothered checking for previous payments, but I signed in and can't find any information about payment status :/
