Re: Jet Lag, how to deal with?
When I went to Hong Kong, we flew at 5pm our time, and it was 12 hours, so more or less overnight for us, we tried to sleep on the plane as best we could! We arrived at about 1pm HK time, we went to our apartment, and napped for about 2 hours, then went out about 5 for dinner and to explore, in bed for 11pm, and sleep in until you wake up. I was fine after that in HK, it was just when I got home that I really experienced the jet lag! Don't deprive yourself of sleep, just try and adjust accordingly, even if it means a few 8am starts or something to make sure you sleep at night!
