Dude, you sound like a douche.
Probably, but I take comfort in knowing that I am not as bigger douche as my english teacher! The "Now I get B's :/" was meant in jest, but I fail at coming across that way on the internet. I apologise

Don't see any reason why not. Some people just don't get on - it doesnt necessarily mean that either side is wroth any less. Its possible though that your teacher doesnt really hate you as such - only what he thinks he sees or is reminded of. Is it possible that someone else wrote that in your book, trying to be funny? If your teacher is really upseting you, it might be an idea to quietly mention it to him. At the very least his response will give you more of an understanding about what sort of person he is.

Not meaning to sound like an absolute troll, but this is mildly relevant:

Is it possible for a teacher to fall in love with a student? And if so, how is that regarded? I mean, once the student leaves, it's literally no-one's problem?

I've just heard stories where people get all :OOO over the fact that a couple were once teacher and pupil.
There is a thread on here about a certain TSRian who is in a relationship with her former chemistry teacher...

Just type "just left college going on a date with a level chemistry teacher" into Google.

    Who won?
Well. To be honest, he ended up with more damage facially but I think that may have been because he had older skin (don't worry, he wasn't a 76 year-old professor by the way)

It was about 7-8 years ago now. It actually cleared the air believe it or not. Not long after the incident I remember speaking with him and his wife and it felt like the fight was a release, a culmination of mutual ill-feeling. When I occasionally did see him, we seemed to get on after that point.

The funniest thing was that he made the first move. It's quite a surreal moment when one of your teachers' heads is being angrily hurled towards your face.

    Oh wow.
People are either hating or telling her that it's a-okay.

Tbh the only thing I'd see wrong with it is:
    a) Age gap could be a problem, but then again, Harry Styles went out with someone who was about 40, so I guess I can't use that as an excuse
    b) For him to want to be with a college student, he must either be desperate OR he could just really really like her.

    Yes, It's very possible.
I had a teacher that hated me for something a friend did.
She was rude, nasty looks, and got me in a lot of trouble all the time for trivial things like "talking " and "laughing" when I wasnt....
I complained and it improved slightly.

-Do you like him??? I used to respect and like this teacher a lot (in a normal way :L) so I was quite upset when she started disliking me and being obvious about it. If you don't like him, I wouldn't give a damm, you don't have to like your teachers and they dont have to like you, they/you just can't show it. If hes being really obvious report him-

Back to my story, I worked hard in her classes, was one of the best students academically and I just went the extra mile to be nice. I said Good Morning, I gave her one of chocolates when I was handing them out to my form, I talked to her and I found that, it can improve, I think we get on normally now... Obviously she may not still like me but she doesnt show it and that is all I want. Just put in that extra effort but don't suck up... Also... apologise for any rude/standoffish behaviour. I was overheard by her calling her an ugly cow etc etc and I went, found her at lunch and apologised and that helped a lot.
Just keep hanging in there. Been there, done that.

    It's normal.

However, it shouldn't cross the line into unprofessional conduct.

Teachers must have favourite students, how can they not? lol..

Completely unrelated, but - I love your name. Are you ever tempted, when you win a game, to type in "GG - btw, I'm a girl"?

I only meant that your professionalism thing sounded kind of douchey. Having read AN APOLOGY from a guy I jokingly insulted, I thoroughly applaud you for being awesome, and retract my previous statement.
