Brock knows submissions and stuff now, so probably Brock. Though if Tyson connects, even a guy of Brocks build would be down in one. Don't think Brock would give him the chance to though. So Brock.

I think it's fair to say that Py0alb would beat them both up at once. He'd just need to put his hands on their chests and they wouldn't be able to get any closer.

That aside I would say Brock Lesnar, just because he has trained to deal with someone punching him and even if he hasnt' trained to a boxer's standard that still gives him an advantage when Mike Tyson hasn't trained to deal with someone grappling with him. Particularly so since Tyson probably doesn't have a professional standard knowledge of avoiding a grapple and once they're on the floor Lesnar has already won.

Brock Lesnar. I think he drives a truck and I don't think Tyson could handle a truck.

Depends on the fight.. MMA = Lesnar, Boxing = Tyson, Street Fight = Lesnar (Tyson wouldnt have a clue how to handle a professional wrestler taking him to the ground)
