Initially you should have embraced her and yes, given her a kiss, even if it's just a strategically placed one on the edge of the jaw (where it meets the neck) - if she's into you this will send her wild
Given that you didn't, and she then she ordered you to "come here", next best would have been to give her a good squeeze (let her know you're dominant, if polite enough not to wish to impose initially at least) and, again, perhaps a kiss on the jaw to express your friendly affection and give her 'the tingles'
But I know what you mean
