    Fair dealing and directors
    Is fair dealing between companies' directors only found in Part 10 Chapter 4 of the Companies Act 2006? Are there any other statutory provisions?

    Remember that directors must also consider their duties when dealing with the company. A deal won't be allowed if it is not in the company's best interests under s172, even if it is allowed by Part 10 of Chapter 4.
