Basically I just want to see how many people have a similar thing i do...

My nose, the sides where the skin goes around my nostrils and the crease along the sides of my nose all keep getting really clogged up with sebum. I've never had an problem with acne before, and this is a relatively new thing, i've only noticed it recently.
They are small white bumps that if squeezed after a shower, loooads of pus worms out, and it's getting to the point where i need to squeeze every couple of days otherwise the bumps get bigger and noticable.
How do I get this to stop? The rest of my skin is clear, and i'm 23 so surely I should be past the 'acne' stage?

Whats changed about your diet?
had lots of dairy recently? i know 40 year olds that still acne due to eating lots of cheese.
