Yep for student ID i just put my ucas personal ID which is 10 digits long....but its too long! :/

use only the first 8 digits. Alternatively, there should be some sort of application number on your offer letter, try that one!

Did that and its still not working :/ I never got an offer letter from hertfordshire :/ Should I have got a letter about my offer ??
I got an email from the head of the department saying my application was successful and i also got an update on my ucas track....

My entire ucas number worked fine when I did it, with no -'s anyway.

Also I've not had a letter or email directly from Herts so I doubt it's a worry - I've just had my Track updated..

Weird. Mine worked with 10 digits! Maybe give Herts a call?

Really not trying to treat you like an idiot but ensure you're not putting the dashes between the numbers. The number format should be:

xxxxxxxxx not xxx-xxx-xxxx

I just got an email from Herts, despite already applying for accommodation, telling me the details of the application & my ID number.. so you should have one too?

This goes for anyone else not being able to apply - check your emails!!

Could be worse... you could've dragged yourself to college at 9 o'clock this morning to go to the only lesson where you're teacher explicitly said he would be in only to find out he decided to strike as well. I'm gonna kill Charles

We were actually given the decision to go in or not, because we annoyed the tutor so much yesterday about whether we were going to be in or not.. because, every other strike day or 'other days' we have been in that situation -_-'
After asking whether we'd be in or not, constantly, for about 3 hrs we were told that our tutor wasn't even going to be in tomorrow, strike or no strike.. so they were just going to let us turn up :L
