Does anybody know the best or easiest way to get an internship with Emmanuel Ray? A friend told me they get several applications. How do I jump the queue?

Have you tried approaching or emailing them? Surely that would be the first step. I am not sure about internships here but from what I heard he is incredibly difficult to work with and is way too strict and temperamental.
