    High Protein Snacks?
Im 17 and currently go to the gym alot. Im aware that peanut butter and nuts in general are good snacks for muscle building but turns out I have a severe peanut allergy. Was wondering whether anyone knows of any other good snacks I could eat to try and gain good mass? Bare in mind I am a slightly picky eater.

    Thanks Guys
