What memories make you cringe, embarrassed or ashamed of yourself? A memory that just haunts you?

Personally i have a few -

Last weekend i climbed a mountain with some friends and accidentally called a girl fat at the top and she stormed off on her own, crying. She sort of forgave me but i still feel like a total dick :/

Grade 5 piano exam. Examiner asked me to play D sharp minor arpeggio. I tried 4 times before i just said to her "i cant" :s

In year 8 tech class and the teacher writing "Analysis" on the board, and as she wrote the "L" i just kinda quite loudly said "ANAL". She stopped, looked at me, as did the rest of the class, and i just went red in the face. Then gave a nervous chuckle and farted :/

In PE in Year 11 at school I was wearing a strapless bra and a white T shirt ontge trampoline. The bra fell down but I didn't notice until a girl shouted "I can see your nipples!" in front of everyone.

Hearing my sister, who is good friends with my (now former) best mate and had just got home unexpectedly to find his wife's bag in our hall, call her name from the other side of my closed bedroom door.. I'm sure the look on my face was priceless, the look on hers I couldn't tell you, and nor could she respond, on account of having something in her mouth

(for the record this was a honeytrap operation and the douche had privately consented to her doing w/e the hell she liked with me, but never actually thought she'd follow through )
