    UCAS System Change?
Well I was helping my juniors with their application. And when we were using the course search in UCAS, the Cambridge's Engineering course choice seemed to be different from last year.

They specifically stated the specialisation initially. This didnt happen last year, so I was kind of held back.

Can anyone give any information about this? I searched the main site of Camb but nothing like this showed up...

I would go with what the cambridge website suggests...they have already published the prospectus for next year and there is no suggestion there that anything has changed...I think the thing on UCAS may be something to do with the degree you get when you leave cam, because this is determined by choices you make while there...

Yea I think you're right. They all have the same course code so it must have something to do with options that are available once you have started, but essentially they are all variants of the same course.

I think this is just to achieve visibility on the UCAS course search facility.
