Re: How to improve stamina?Diet can play a huge part. Since cutting out certain foods a few years ago (animal products, gluten) I was able to work out harder almost immediately. It's also important to get enough 'rest' time; many people think that constantly pushing themselves will cause improvement but if you don't allow yourself recovery time every now and again your progress will actually be hindered X(Original post by rackethead)
