Re: Annual return form?Ah, okay. It's a form that needs to be completed and submitted to Companies House each year for UK registered companies. The form asks for details of company shareholders and directors and you can download a blank form from here: http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/for...s/363Oct08.pdf(Original post by rackethead)
