Re: Who's all going to Aberdeen uni next year then?ah, I didn't think of that. I think I'm probably gonna go for South House. But then again, there's more people sharing a kitchen in Wavel (or whatever it's called), so I kinda think you would meet more people? idk(Original post by kirsti)
i think it will be better because if you have to go for a shower then you have to like walk down a cold hall...
is it the start of May that we are able to book accom? -
Re: Who's all going to Aberdeen uni next year then?your going to meet loads of people anyway ... haha. and yaaaa, i think so.(Original post by cgraham15)

Re: Who's all going to Aberdeen uni next year then?yeah thats what I was thinking too(Original post by Alt__x)
I think I'm going to go for flat style halls, because I think it might be easier to make close friends to go out with and that? -
Re: Who's all going to Aberdeen uni next year then?I'm doing Law and ELS too! Can't wait to start! I'm going to try and get New Carnegie though, but South House if I don't get in there for accommodation(Original post by cgraham15)
Can't stop thinking about September!!!!
I firmed Law and European legal Studies a while ago now.
Can't decide what accomodation :/ Fyfe or South House? I'm not sure if I would prefer a flat

Re: Who's all going to Aberdeen uni next year then?COOL! I wasn't sure if it was going to be a popular option or not, did you apply for it because of the compulsory year abroad too?(Original post by claireg172)

and yeah New Carnegie looks a bit too expensive, I mean it's only a room after all... but it does look the best -
Re: Who's all going to Aberdeen uni next year then? The year abroad was definitely a huge factor in my choice. I want to work for the EU or UN so figured this would be most appropriate. New Carnegie is definitely expensive so I feel like a bit of a spoilt brat but I have severe allergies so my Mum is paranoid about me sharing a kitchen with loads of people, but it's got an en-suite so I won't complain. I'm not really fussed where I end up as long as there's some cool people near(Original post by cgraham15)

Re: Who's all going to Aberdeen uni next year then?Ah, I just thought the year abroad would give life experience, language experience, and give the recession a chance to go :L(Original post by claireg172)

Accommodation is so bad... There are only 3 mixed halls. Dunno if it's a Scottish thing or something haha.
I think I'll probably apply for Wavell, it's cheap-ish, self catered, near to an astro turf and well... there wasn't anything else aha...
Hbu? -
Re: Who's all going to Aberdeen uni next year then?Im probably going to apply to North Court or South house, which ever has space really(Original post by Silver Aurora)
