    I've had a look but its just Gunna be so expensive, its slightly cheaper to just rent a flat, except living in halls just looks like so much fun, it all depends what my parents are willing to pay for not that they can afford much :/ I haven't actually seen the London road one I hope it is nice I thought you could only apply for accommodation after you got in?

    No, ours (conditional) opens in May and you're guaranteed a place in a hall if you apply by a certain date. If you don't get in, they give you your deposit back, so it's not to bad.
    My loans won't cover it either by a long way so I have to be really nice to my parents... (: Halls look more fun definitely, but I have no idea where I'd want to stay.

    I would like to be as close as possible to save money on transport, but the ones that are closer seem to be more expensive plus I really want an ensuit so that's loads more money to find :/ yer I get the smallest amount, damn my parents for having good jobs yet not enough money to pay for my uni :P you looking at anywhere in particular?

    Ummmm, I was tempted to share a bathroom but I think that offends my mum >.> I'm not afraid of walking, except a lot of the time I'm a lazy ****... It'll be fineeeeee. Benyon looks nice but expensive, as do all of them really. Or Stenton townhouses because it's not that bad sharing-wise and it's about £20 a month cheaper. But it's all far from London Road. We'll just need to find friends with cars (:

    Well I'm hoping to.bring my car so hoping there's parking about but if I can't then I want some where close as I'm also a lazy **** :P I'm not too fussed about sharing a bathroom but people have to keep things tidy :P

    But if you shaqre a bathroom, the maid cleans it. The maids don't go into people's rooms so otherwise you'd have to clean it yourself. Eugh. >.> Are you planning to go self-catered?

    i would prefer self catered as its slightly cheaper Im looking at St george, Mackinder and Benyon Hall in particular, but have to chat to my parents before I make any propper decisions They seem to be the closest and slightly cheaper than others so hoping thats all fine

    It is! I thought I wouldnt have to decide untill august so glad you told me! Yer I like the sound of them Yer im thinking Stenton townhouse, Benyon, St george, I wanted to see some pictures of inside the rooms but i cant find any anywhere! I was reading some stuff about st georges and they have kinda put me off but they where from years ago so i hope they are alright now I really like The town houses so i hope i can get them :P Its a shame there isnt any accomodation on the actual campus like at the old place, so then i wont have lots of places to choose from I cant wait to move out however the idea of having to do things for myself, like cooking and that isnt so apealing

    Definitely. I don't mind, I'm sure I'll make at least one friend somewhere. That, or I won't and I'll actually get some work done. So it's a win/win. And if I hate it, it's only a year (;
    Sorry for the late reply, work is bum ):
