What are cool things to do in Paris?So me and my friend are going to Paris for the weekend!
Its my first time in Paris and although I have alot of things planned, im always open to suggestions that are away from the typical tourist things!
Open to all events and places but if it its one of the following then thats even better.
1.) Pop art exhibits/hidden gem studios
2.) Good clubs.
I dont belive there is a carnival of any size happening this weekend, but if there is and I have overlooked it, that would be good aswell! -

Re: What are cool things to do in Paris?Hahaha, I have heard the horror storys of the daylight robbery that happens daily in Paris! We are trying our very best to be crafty with money where we can. Eating bread and wine on park benchs for three meals a day has been once suggestion to keep costs down!(Original post by Aaron_xyz)

Same Top tip though if your suffering withdrawl, you can find online the radio series fotc did in the UK before their tv show. Some of the jokes overlap, but I personaly found it very funny as it had lots of stuff that was never in the tv show (and rob brydon was in it which is ofcourse, a bonus)

i forgot
theres a BRILLIANT restaurant
that does live music (old style rock/blues/jazz type stuff) every night
the waitresses are singers
and if theres enough people in they make people get up and dance... occasionally on the bar...
and the food is great
but its not the cheapest....

Dont mean to be a skintflint but what to you rekon I might be looking at, price wise, for a meal there? Im trying my best to find a menu but I thought I would just ask you anyway.
On another note, are they tourist friendly in there? No person likes to intrude on a very "local" bar without knowing
