    National Express Tickets
I need to book a coach for someone coming back to England. How do the tickets work? Is it an email or do you get sent tickets? I need to book them, but he needs the tickets and he's in Australia at the moment so tickets by post wouldn't work!

Email, mobile, or pick up at the station if I remember correctly. There's a 50p charge for anything but email though [=
