I just find Google+ hilarious lol

NOTHING which Google offers apart from Google Search is something unique. I mean obviously the search is unsurpassed and unbeatable but still... I guess Gmail is sort of unique in the sense that it offers mail, calendar and contacts in an exchange-like server and its nice and clean and fast.
You seem to be forgetting the hit success that was Google Wave.

I like Twitter as you there is the odd interesting debate which you can be part of etc and the trends are a nice idea.

However, I like with Facebook that its much friendlier with seeing photos of ourself and friends and saving them. If Twitter could do that, then I'd definitely prefer it to Facebook!

Neither. I've sampled both but they don't add anything to my life. I'm probably one of a very small minority and i'm well aware of this, but the way I see it is that I have a social life, a phone, and a good group of friends - why the hell would i need to share all that on a social network? The same applies to other people's lives - I wouldn't want to see their lives on show, I don't think it's healthy. I think some mystery in your life is good, it's sad because these days you facebook someone and you know their life story better than their parents do. Someone take me to the 70's please - minus the sexism.
I agree, however I do find facebook extremely useful for getting in touch with people. For example when my credit runs out, I can get in touch with family and friends via facebook/skype. I also find it useful for finding out about certain events that are on at Uni and so on. As for twitter, I don't really use it that often but I like to find out what topics everyone is discussing or what's going on in the world if I can't watch the news for some reason

The obvious answer is BOTH. I use fb and twitter for different reasons ... I have a total of 21 followers on twitter, most of whom I don't know; I basically use it to vent and there aren't any consequences, however I need facebook to sort out my life really.
follow me, god knows I need it @LilyARH
