i have major low self esteem, i get scared around large crowds and always feel that people wont like me because of my childhood

I think like everyone I've had times where I have really low self esteem but it depends on how I'm around, if it's friends then I'm fine. Also find I get bad self esteem if a conversation just stops because then you have to think of something else to say and then I just get scared they never actually wanted to talk

I have terrible self esteem, I actually hate myself.
Why? Because I can't see anything good about myself at all, and no one else seems to. Trying to believe that I am a good person is about as easy as believing that the grass is blue.
