    Postgraduate Accommodations
    Hi everyone,

I'm trying to decide between the Hillhead Halls, King's Hall and Elphinstone. I've heard mixed things about Hillhead, though it looks like some of the residences are going to be renovated. Also, how safe is Aberdeen at night? Would it be a good idea to live closer to campus for the sake of walking back and forth at night? Any insight would be extremely helpful!

Hopefully this is still useful. Elphinstone is only housing undergrads next year. King's Hall is the best. In Hillhead, North court/ South House (I'm not sure which is postgrad next year) is the best. It's pretty safe at night. No one I know has ever ran into any trouble walking back at night. Living closer to/on campus means it's a half hour walk, or less into town.

It is now, but next year they're changing it. My friend heard it from someone in the accommodation office.
