    entry requirements
    hello,

sorry if this is just me being silly, but I'm thinking about doing chemistry at uni and hull is one of the uni's I'm looking at. On the entry requirements, it says 300 points... does that have to be from the A levels only? or do additional AS levels/epq's count?

    thanks all

Well, I need 260 for my course from 3 full A-levels so I suspect it will be from only the A-levels for you too.

Sometimes it only has to be from two, and the rest can be other stuff, best way to find out is check the website

Hello, I got into my course (Criminology and Forensic Science) by the combined score of two AS Levels and two A Levels, so I assume it will be the same for you! Yet for Chemistry you might have to actually obtain a certain grade at Chem A Level (A or B, which you probably know already).
So yes, AS Levels do count as far as I'm aware (they did for me anyway!)
