Which body is better??
I'm looking to reduce my body fat and get some definition. I find looking at pictures for inspiration really helps for motivation so I'm wondering which body you guys think is best?? I deliberately picked picks which I think are possible to attain baring in mind my own body shape.
Let me know what you think.Last edited by Nomes89; 17-04-2012 at 15:20. -
Re: Which body is better??Cheers, I thought that 1 was probably more muscular than I'd like to get.(Original post by Mr.mAddd)
2 and 4 looks the best
And yes they're all very similar...apart from 3, it's the same person - Adriana Lima- but just with slightly different levels of definition (to my eye anyway). -

A lot of these are VS models...
I like the long limbed shape with bust & hips.

I see, I'm a fan of Victoria Secret, I was shocked not to see Miranda Kerr on there, she has a superb body.
Although I know most of them are from a Adriana, Halle and Deepika..moving on...
In terms of body shape, I prefer 2 and 4, I love smooth glowing skin and a little slim on the hips. Hour glass body are perfectly fine, but in the pictures provided, I prefer 2 and 4.
If I saw all of them in person, I probably choose all of them
Good luck! -
Re: Which body is better??That's the idea haha. Jk, for me it's not about getting attention more about feeling good and it'd be a big achievement for me to have a great body after struggling with my weight and body image since 13 (I'm 22, almost 23 now). I want to lose maybe another 6 lbs to reach my goal weight of 9.5 stone, get some ab definition and work on getting my legs a bit leaner. I don't want to go too far and end up looking too muscular. Still want that soft feminine look.(Original post by Nikstar95)

Re: Which body is better??
It seems the guys prefer the not so muscular look. That's alright with me, that should be easier

I think the really lean look suits some girls, particular those with a more athletic, streamlined shape and Chrisateen I've seen your pics and you look great. I just don't think I'd suit it and due to my shape being quite curvy, I wouldn't look like the women in those pics anyway if I did 'tone' more. -
Re: Which body is better??
2 is in a strange pose so that she's able to emphasise her waist to hips ratio. I think she may be a little more straight up and down (not completely!) if she was wasn't in that pose.
Even then I think I'd pick number 2 still. Too much definition on a girl isn't a good thing in my opinion. Girls aren't supposed to be as solid and ripped as number 1, they're definitely meant to be a little softer... In my opinion. Just to clarify once more.

Re: Which body is better??Why would a guy been keen on a muscular women? Not looking to snuggle up next to her biceps(Original post by Chrisateen)
Plus why is everyone so against a woman looking a bit more lean and muscular (within reason - in other words not looking like a man)?
Number 2 is okay, 1 is bit too much.
I like the last 2 from the OP, nice and flat but no abs going on.
