I think Barca's quest for justice should see them take this one.

In 2005 Valdes was being wrestled to the floor whilst current player manager and emergency striker John Terry bundled home a launch from midfield to steal the tie.

Then in 2009 Barca were denied a stonewall penalty in the first leg that would have ended matters, and only an Andres Iniesta stunner at the Bridge spared the officials' blushes. And set hearts racing with a luminous yellow undergarment :fan:

    Cannot wait :sogood:
Why on earth would you support Barcelona? Justice my ass, they didn't get a penalty but then again Chelsea didn't get 4. They lucked their way to the 09 final.

I hope it's a Bayern Chelsea final, I hate both these Spanish teams. It's hard for Chelsea, they'll need a 2-0 result at home to have a chance I reckon. Monumental task.

I'm guessing that they're going to go for the "hoofball to Drogba for Lampard to tap in" tactic. :facepalm2:

Hoping chelsea put up a good show, representing England tonight! backing them to come out with a home lead 3-2, barca's defence is nothing, drogba/mata in form, should be a good one

Hah I'm no Chelsea fan but I know injustice when I see it, and it certainly wasn't to Barcelona back in 2009.

The number of deluded EPL fans in this thread is too damn high.

Who is at home tonight? Chelsea I believe.

If Terry plays up to scratch I feel he can snuff out Messi, laugh if you like but JT is bang in form in the last 3 weeks. He was immense in the semi.

Lets not forget only 2 years ago, it was Chelsea who were robbed by what I consider to be corrupt officiating in the CL semi.
    No question about it.

Actually makes me sick with anger when I see replays of that match

I never quite viewed Barcelona in the same light afterwards.

Yup. Back 6 of Valdes, Alves, Pique, Mascherano, Puyol and Busquets is fairly mediocre :yum:

There we are guys. All ready for tonight.

As my friend once said 'You have no idea how much I love this picture. They play good football, but I just wish they could play good football without being massive fannies.'

The Apprentice and this match to watch!

    Sweeeeet.

I never thought i would be saying this but im gonna be cheering for chelsea. I personally think they have enough to contain Barca but they would need two people to man mark Messi......

I just can't stand the thought of a final without an English team!

Mikel is starting.... so is kalou... instead of kalou i would have sturridge and i would start torres for a bit and then bring on drogba.

but di matteo is playing the team that has the most experience against barca.
