Bad: Christmas cake. Every year, every single year..I will myself to love it. I try so hard. But given I don't rate marzipan, royal icing or fruit cake overly. It's never gonna happen.

Best: Crunchies. The god of honey goodness. And DAMN it's good. The melty delight after the solid crunch... Ahhh crayfish for the Pret sandwich amazingness! Crepes! Nutella and bananas, or jam. Pure delights.

Bad: Cranberries. Nuff said.

BEST: Barbecued food. Particularly pepper, chicken and mushroom skewers. 3 of my favourite things combined, and I love the smoky chargrilled taste.

BAD: Babybel. I don't like the taste or texture at all. THEY DEFY WHAT CHEESE SHOULD BE (tasty) An they get my hopes up by...looking so fun.

Best: Reece's minature PB cups. A manageable and enjoyable about of choc and PB.

What can possibly be better than prawn curry? Deep fried breaded prawn curry? Scotsman in me says SOLD.

Alphabad: Prickly Pears.
Jungle Book made me think they'd be a wonderfully fun exotic fruit. They tasted like dishwashered mushrooms.

Best: frozen yoghurt. Its not only refreshing but makes you feel less guilty than eating Ice cream

Bad: fried bread. It can be SO oily :/

It's everything you love about Mexican staple foods, but the Scot in me savours the DEEPFRIEDEDNESS.

Also, Chow mein, chop suey, chorizo, cherryade churros and chupachups.

Struggled with TH.

BEST: Thai green curry. They are really underrated in this country, I think they'll emerge more soon though. So fragrant, perfectly balanced, fresh and BURSTING with flavour. Thai curries give indians a run for their money!

BAD: Thousand Island dressing being put TOO heavily on a salad. Why do they have to spoil perfectly fresh, gorgeous tasting salads with thick, wet, cloggy dressing?

BEST: BaCON AND EGG sarnies/rolls. A fine combo, especially when the yolk floods across the bacon.

WORST: Batchelors super noodles. I never found these worthwhile because I found the accompanying sauce never really gave much flavour to them rendering them mundane.

Best: honeycomb! Sweet crunchy melty goodness! It was gonna be hoisin but that's only for duck pancakes and I wouldn't eat it alone. But honeycomb is the bomb. And honeycomb dipped in chocolate; even better

Bad: horse meat. Never tried it but why kill a horse?! Leave black beauty alone damn it!

Best: Jaffa Cakes. OH COME ON. Who doesn't love them? Not only are they tasty but they're fun to eat! If you can look me in the eye and honestly say you've never pretended your Jaffa Cake is a moon, I'll give you 20 pounds stirling. I even like them stale. The soft base with the orange jelly and thin but somehow just about enough chocolate, it's like a hug in my mouth.

Bad: Jellied Eels. Now, I love my fish and I love daring foods. But this is one that isn't just gross by sound or image, it actually TASTES gross too. And the texture was equally vile. I live by the sea so have had the "best" freshest, FAMED jellied eels and they are just as hideous as any other. Make me feel eel.

BEST: Peking style spare ribs. My friend ordered these for me by accident instead of BBQ spare ribs , so I thought I'd give them a go as they weren't drenched in sauce and looked easier to eat and smelt really nice with some green stuff? on top of them, and what a decision that was because they were delicious.

WORST: Peanut butter. DO NOT LIKE.
