How hard is to get AAA at A2?

Sorry if this has been posted before but I'm interested in medicine, and the typical offer usually is AAA at A2. (Biology and Chemistry required)
I was just wondering how hard is it to gain three As?
Because it sounds pretty impossible for me to get!

Fed up with threads like this, of course its hard, put the hard work in and you will get it.
It's about as hard as cutting a slice of the worlds most delicious cake.
