AQA A2 Making of Modern Britain - Historiography
Does anyone have any recommendations for books to read around the subject for perspective? Both conservative and liberal views are welcome.

    Thanks

Have you read Andrew Marr's book for starters.

After that I found David Kynaston's books good and also mixed in autobiographies of key figures of the era (mainly PMs)

There are also a number of very good TV documentaries relevant to this course, which can probably be found on YouTube eg. Heath vs Wilson (was on BBC 4 last year), the Andrew Marr series and loads out there on Thatcher/ Blair
