    How come in year 11...
    In year eleven how come everyone has like 10 exams in June. I am in year 10 and have 5 so will I have loads more next june or is it because of retakes?

    I had over twenty exams, without resits. You should have more exams in the summer of Year 11 because that's when you finish the course for a lot of subjects.

    I'm in year 11 and I have 13 exams this year. Last year I had 7.

    You'll probably have the majority of your exams next year after you've completed the syllabus.

    Last year I had 7 papers.

    This year I have 16 including 3 resits.

    Because you have exams for each subject? It adds up, English is usually two exams (one for literature, one for language) science usually has 2/3, history can have 3 exams too.

    Some subjects have their exams at the end of the course. When I done gcse History all of the exams were at the end of Yr 11 (aswell as one piece of coursework). And yes some exams may be resits
