What do you guys think will come up?
Well federalism hasn't come up as a 30 marker yet (unless it did in Jan of this year? - Anyone know what were questions for January 2012?!) so that's a possible contender for the Consitution quuestion. If not a 30 marker on Checks and Balances? Like the consequences (both positive and negative) of it for how effective they are in relation to the constitution.

For the Supreme Court (only doing these two topics by the way) probably something on the politilisation of judicial appointments, if not the power of judicial review.

Ahhh anyone did Paper 3A? That was such a lovely paper - worried that this paper is going to be HARD.

I can tell you 100% it didn't come up in January because there is no January exam for 4A.

And yeah, 3A definitely wasn't as bad as I thought it would be but I hope this one is alright too :/
