    Concentration of H2SO4/H+
    Question 1 (a) (iii)

I'm confused as to whether I use the concentration of H+ ions or the concentration of H2SO4..... Also why do I choose one over the other ?

    Re: Concentration of H2SO4/H+
    You can use either.

If you use the concentration of H2SO4 then you have to remember that two moles of guanidine per mole of H2SO4 are required to reach the end point.

If you use the concentration of protons then they react with guanidine in a 1:1 ratio.
But the conc. of protons is twice the conc. of H2SO4 added as two protons are released per H2SO4 dissociation, so both yield the same answer.
