I really want to start a band. But, with people who are ambitious and dreamers

The main type of music I like is The Horrors/The Cure. But, I also like indie/pop bands like The Kooks, The Strokes, Arctic Monkeys, The Verve, Coldplay. Etc.

Who's would be up for it? Im new in Cardiff and don't know anyone
