Possible damaged calf bone?
So let me tell you what happened..
3 years ago i took part in a 3 legged race at 6th form. My friend at the time was my partner and we ran together (without being rude she is overweight) and at the finish line I trip up, and she falls directly top of my calf.
3 Years later my calf bone still hurts. If i could describe the pain it is not always there and does not affect my life daily, but if i cross my legs on the floor i can feel it and it i poke/lean or touch the area it hurts and is almost a sharp dull pain directly on the bone. If i run my finger over it, I can feel a bumpy surface.
Spare me the whole 'should have gone to the doctors 3 years ago' reply. I am planing on going to get it checked out as it shouldn't hurt this long afterwards.
Any experts have any idea what I may have done to my leg 3 years ago? -

I'm not an expert in this field, but it probably is best that you get it checked out. Only a doctor could tell you what is wrong, and it might not have been the incident which happened three years ago that is causing this pain, so prepare to be told otherwise. Good luck

AS for the bumps when you feel across your shin - the is normal, everyone can feel that unless they have a very muscular lower leg.
