How would i factorise this using the difference of squares method.

9(p+1)^2-4p^2

and also this 4a^2-64b^2


x^2-y^2=(x+y)(x-y)

for the first example, x^2= 9(p+1)^2 and y^2=4p^2

you do the rest...
