lol i'm doing it - and scared - i know its a risky strategy but im not going to revise schneewind(partially because i hate it) - as it came up in june 2011 and jan 2012 so very unlikely theyll chuck it in again!

Im gonna focus more on Jamieson -- i would love for it to come up or even lafollette because well laffollettes just amazing/so easy!!!

    how u revising for it?

No predictions really, I just know which passages have come up recently and so I'm assuming it will be one of the others (and hoping that this is the case). I hate this paper so much! Which passages are you learning the most?

Yeah kinda the same with me i think it was story 12 last june and story 5 the june before that is that right? have been looking alot over 4 & 8 but its soo hard to know. have u been given any tips on the best way to answer this to gain the highest marks?

    Hi Guys

Please, may someone kindly list all the essays that have come up in the last 4 years for Schneewind, Lafollette and Jamieson.

    Very Much appreciated

    Thank You

Yup i'm afraid so, me too! Donovan's article is far too long and confusing I think..
I'm so SORRY, I just saw this now!
I hope you found it before hand! But two days to go if you didn't!
Its really awesome at highlighting the main ideas.

The exams 5 days away and I literally know nothing about Westphal. If it comes up I may as well just accept failure. I just don't understand it at all. Blaaaaah
The exam is 2 the day after tomorrow and I still know nothing about Westphal, I thought he was called Whayne until yesterday...

I haven't numbered the passages - what are they called? I think I've got Jesus - the evidence for last June, and God: a guide for the perplexed for the June before that. No I haven't really, jus to make sure that we put it into our own words and keep referring to the author.

not too sure -because the edexcel website is a bit ****ty with alot of past papers protected/not available for use by everyone)

but im pretty sure my teacher sed something like schnewwind has came up june 2011 and jan 2012 and i think lafollettes come up a couple of times (at least 2)
whereas i think jamieson has only come up once - so fingers crossed for jamieson!!

I'm doing the philosophy implications paper. REALLY hope it's Ayer.
Wouldn't mind Donovan, but I really hope it isn't Westphal...

Was there a sitting in January? And which text was it, if there was? I only know that it was Westphal last June, and Donovan the year before that...

There are NO January exams for Edexcel A2 RS units. The Jan 2010 paper was a one off to allow students who had studied the Revised Curriculum 2000 spec to re-sit so that they weren't getting in the way of Edxcel's first GCE 2008 spec students in the summer of 2010. That's why there is a January 2010 paper (the only January paper in existence) and why the mark scheme is different from the one that you should have from all the practice papers.

    Specimen - Westphal
    June 2008 - Ayer (Curriculum 2000)
    June 2009 - Westphal (Curriculum 2000)
    Jan 2010 - Ayer (Curriculum)
    June 2010 - Donovan (GCE 2008)
    June 2011 - Westphal (GCE 2008)

In Part B, the implications on the whole article?
