Quick question.
Hi all,
Basically for a handful of reasons, I have decided I will not be returning to university for my 2nd year come September. However, I was wondering what happens to my loan/grant in this situation. I have heard of people having to pay back big amounts of their loan/grant payments as they have left university during term time. I have just received my April loan and the end of the first year is around 2 weeks into June. They say the loan is suppose to cover you for over the summer until September, however I will not be re-enrolling for my 2nd year. Will this be classed as an overpayment? Obviously the money I have just received is needed as i'm still a normal student, but come June, I don't plan to return in September. Any idea's if this will result in them demanding back money? I'm taking the money still being a student, so not really doing anything wrong. I assume thousands of student receive their 3rd installment but then don't return for their second year.
Thank you in advance.
