Ex-smokers, how do you cope with exam stress??I quit smoking a few months ago but these exams have really stressed me out. Mate offered me a fag and since then I've fallen back
now I have to smoke to have a good revision session. This is what I've gone through in a few days and I also stocked up for the next week because I know it's gonna be bad.
