And by damage to health do you mean the amount of kcal and sugar that is in lager and beer as well as the alcohol? Because women consume spirits with soft drinks and they generally go for the sugary and fruity drinks, from what I've seen.
Either way, even if a woman can maintain decent drinking habits then most of them are still more unhealthy in terms of nutrition than men are.
Yeah, of course. I'm just pointing out that five shots of vodka probably aren't as bad as five beers or something. Admittedly, I know jack all about alcohol and I don't know if what i'm saying is true. Whether it's healthier or not, I don't know. I sort of view everything from the point of view of an athlete in which case the 'lighter' drinks seem less unhealthy lol.
