21:00 - steak, potatoes, peas, couple of glasses of water
Starting to feel quite severe Doms in my triceps
(might make a some eggs to eat to make sure I have enough protien )
On a side note I reckon I have lost about 3" of my waist since I started doing more cardio and being more careful with what I eat, which was about 2 months ago.Last edited by Classical Liberal; 28-04-2012 at 22:16. -

12:00 - chicken, bacon baguette (water)
13:00 - 14:00 - lat work out (did pull ups, dumbell rows (pointless), lat pull downs (piss poor), machine rows (poor), cable lat pull downs (brilliant)
15:00 - water
My upper pecs are really sore today so my chest workout went very well, I am going to try something else for my lats next week

Had nothing to eat. Got home at 19:20 and went for a run. Quick shower. Wolfed down some toad in the hole and went to play poker. Had 2 diet cokes and some chips (discpline on the drink

My body is very sore all over now, my back hurt, my legs, my pecs. Gahhhhhhh, definitely need a day off lifting tommorow. -

Shoulder work out at the gym today
11:30 - chicken, salad, baguette, water
13:00 - 14:00 - Gym, shoulder workout.
1. Shoulder press
2. Side raises
3. Reverse fly
4. Shrugs
My first time doing these exercises properly so I used lowish weights, next time more mass
. Some absolute plonkers in the gym today.
15:30 - sausage roll
20:30 - fish pie (gorged myself a little)

I don't seem to be losing any mass but my belts keep going on tighter, so I guess I must be losing fat and gaining muscle

Body Mass = 73kg
Lean Body Mass = 61kg (+0.9kg on last week - amazing gain over a week, my workout plan seem to be the baws)
Body Fat % = 16.4% (-2.34% - pretty remarkable, might be down to poor measuring, look better in the mirror now though lol)
10:30 - chicken, bacon, double egg sandwich, milk (god I love this stuff, it is a miracle I lose weight)
14:30 - water, apple
16:30 - crisps, milk
19:30 - apple, water
19:45 - 21:00 - KFM practice

20:00 - went for a run. Came round a corner and met an absolutely massive cow with huge horns, put the fear of death into me and I ran up the hill faster than I knew was possible to try and run away from the thing. Also did some pull ups in the carpark, if somebody had seen me I would have looked like an absolute baws.
21:30 - went to the pub, had an apple and water prior, just had diet coke at the pub

Lateral raises with cables
Reverse skull crusher thing
Lat pull down with cables

I also noticed that I was able to stretch the fat over my stomach a bit, and there was clearly a 6 pack coming through, hooray.
Plenty of water throughout the day
16:00 - chicken tikka slice (everything at work has been a ****ing nightmare, I have not done the work my boss wanted me to finish

18:30 - aero pudding
19:30 - sweet and sour chicken

Having plenty of water though. I have quite severe doms in my upper back so I am passing on the workout today.
1:30 - filling station big breakfast - good lord that was a lot of calories
19:00 - meatballs and spaghetti, milkshake, yoghurt
19:30 - went for a run, tried to do pull ups at the end but the bar was really wet so I kept losing grip
