    12:00 - 13:30 - KFM - Simulating being a club with smoke, strobe lighting, lights etc. Super awesome training. Unfortunately the cricket has been called off

    14:30 - scrambled eggs and a pear

    15:00 - took the dog for a walk

    17:00 - couple of biscuits

    21:00 - chicken, rice, peas

    23:00 - finished off the sticky toffee pudding - and cricket has been called off again

    22:00 - roast pork, apple pie

    I have realised I probably don't eat enough veggies looking over this. So tommorow I am going to buy some veg I can have as a snack at work.

    Right I am going to switch my diet to be full of veggies, fruits and the like. Also going to avoid dairy, pretty convinced the milk I was drinking induced acne.

    8:30 - scambled eggs, again lol

    Drinking lots of water

    15:00 - butternut squash soup

    16:00 - roasted pea nut

    17:00 - 2 green tea's

    17:30 - butternut squash soup

    19:30 - rice, prawns

    13:00 - 14:00 - Chest workout at the gym

    14:30 - carrots and peanut butter

    15:30 - butternut squash

    Eating all those raw carrots has given me some abdominal pains I think, woops.

    18:00 - tangerine

    19:00 - a bit of chicken and a load of biscuits

    My gym partner was pretty impressed with my pull up skills, and dam it I look nice in a tighter top.

    Lose fat is the main one. And so far it is seems to be going well. My body fat calipers are getting narrower and I am starting to develop the outline of a six pack.

    I also want to get stronger, but not as much of a concern really, and would like a few more kgs of muscle mass.
