2 Rooms available. Fallowfields Mancehster.There has been a change of circumstances that have caused me and a friend to want to back out of a house we agreed to live with two other people at Manchester Metropolitan University.
The house is at 36 Mosely Road, Fallowfield, Manchester.
The deposit for the House is £260.
The contract is July 2012 - July 2013 and is half rent over July and August.
The house is £65 a week (bills not included).
