i.e. him using fifa for starters and secondly is there no rule on swearing or is saying bitch constantly perfectly allowed on YouTube?
He's part of the youtube partner program so must get paid quite bit as he has a lot of views
not only that, theres people teaching how to get illegal copies of these games off the internet...
The only thing youtube cares about is music i think.... -

And he's not breaching copyright, look up DMCA and fair use. In short, he's using the footage for the purposes of commentary and comedy, not profiting by feigning ownership over the content. -

Like I said, look up Youtube's fair use policy and DMCA.
