A lot of girls have this yes and it does vary on how noticiable or how much there is and how fine it is etc. I personally have a little, but its pretty unnoticeable, I don't bother waxing it or anything because it really isn't noticeable unless someone came extremley close to me and purposely looked for them (which most normal people don't tend to do) and even then its not that noticeable.

I've seen girls with darker hair on their top lip even, but they have usually been girls with a lot darker hair colour, but even then some of them wax it off, others don't, depending on how noticeable it is and how much it bothers them.
I guess unless its to an extreme its not too much of a bother, especially if its fine and light then a lot of girls don't bother to do anything about it and some girls with dark upper lip hair just decide to bleach it instead. Most girls aren't going have thick upper lip hair that is going to be a really noticeable length anyway. xD

idk my lip hair is thicker, and if it was dark it'd be an issue but all my body hair is pretty blonde. So I don't do anything to it... maybe I should wax it...

It is not necessary that all people have upper lip hairs which are visible. Mine are not visible hairs. Well, if I had visible hair, I did ipl treatment for removing it.

I do and it's became more noticeable(that sort of shadow across your lip) so I waxed it.No problem and great results.

Mine's not very visible, but it leaves a bit of a shadow on my upper lip. Usually I don't remove it at all but I've taken to waxing, tweezing and threading whenever I feel like brightening up my face.

But as said before, everyone has hair, just some more visible than others depending on how dark their hair is to begin with

It depends how dark your hair is and how you get rid of it, my friends upper lip is really visible and I think she shaves it so its much more thicker and greenish
