EU12N Form problems
Anyone experiencing problems with the EU12N form?
You could type the requested data in the pdf-file with Adobe Reader, but the UCAS ID section only allows to enter 3 characters, and these cannot be written in the boxes but between the boxes. I attach a screencap so you understand it better.
What do you reckon, is it OK if I fill out these boxes with a pen after printing the form? -

Re: EU12N Form problems
Hi everyone, I'm battling the EU12N form as well, thought someone might know here:
has anyone had to explain their whereabouts for a gap year? In the residence section they need a full address, and I was living in hostels or even the back of a car so what on earth am I supposed to write?
Or does this even fit in their description of "residence" if my permanent address remained in my home country?

Re: EU12N Form problemsi guess u should use the one that Ucas& your university already have and send u letters.(Original post by Shokata)

You have to do it by hand and send them by post

anyway, the UCAS personal Identification number is referred to the person or to the university? -
Re: EU12N Form problems
Ok so I have some problems with EU12N form. In section 4 I should write university name and address. Am I supposed to write about my firm choice? And what if I won't be able to get to the uni from my firm choice, but I will fulfill requirements from my insurance choice and go there? Will I still get this loan?

You should write name and address of your firm choice.
If,in the end,you go to your insurance university, then just let the SFE know about it -
