What A levels did you take to do pharmacy?
I have currently decided on 3 Alevels (Biology, Chemistry and Environmental Studies) and need to decide on a fourth. I dont want to do maths or physics but I am open to anything else.
    I have taken GCSE's in:
    History (A)
    Biology (A*)
    Chemistry (B)
    Physics (A)
    Methods in Maths(B)
    Applications in Maths (B)
    English Literature(A)
    English Language(B)
    German(C)
    Art(A)
    Citizenship (A*)

    Suggestions pleaseeeeee!

Choose whichever one you will enjoy the most. Chemistry and Biology are the important ones, I wouldn't think your fourth choice will make much difference, in other words I don't think you'd be less likely to get offers because you took one over the other.

Saying that, European languages are always useful because the pharmacy degree is recognised in Europe so opens your options of working in another country when you graduate.

    You NEED chemistry
Having one extra from Biology, Physics and Maths is also useful
Then anything at all that youre interested in! (but a lot of places dont accept general studies or critical thinking)

Maths would be useful though pharmacists do lots of calculations etc but you dont have to lol anything you enjoy!

Biology isn't as important nowadays. At the bath open day the head of Pharmacy admissions did say that they don't care about biology at all, so you can get away without it by all means but do check with the universities before applying.
