I've got it on the 2nd and am absolutely panicking, left it a bit too late cause I had other exams which I regarded as more important as I'm not completely set on going to America.

Think I'm going to try and cram, know the critical reading and passage reading sections quite well, just got to get up to date with the essay and maths, shall see how it goes.

Looking at your US list in your sigs make me think to myself is it worth all the effort if im just going to get rejected
At the end of the day, they have to accept someone. My SATs, modesty aside, were world class and my essays may well have been so too, but my IB grades were unremarkable and my extracurriculars were more of the same. Plus, I needed large amounts of financial aid, which in the current economic climate is actually the main dealbreaker in all but the need-blinders (of which there are a grand total of 8). Give it a shot, and may you enjoy the success I missed out on.

I admire your passion, being totally genuine there 'cos I can tell all the effort you've put in.

And when you say there are 8 needs blind colleges, does that mean they'll pay the cost if you can't afford it?

How do you feel about me PM'ing you just to ask you more specific Q's

Thanks, I try to portray things as they are so others can avoid my mistakes.

Needs blind means they won't take into account your financial situation when deciding whether to admit you.

Georgetown and Northwestern, for example, are notorious for preferring decent students who can pay full fees (50,000 US a year or more) over better students who might require help from the university.

I can't promise I'll reply quickly cause I'm out in the wilderness atm, but if you think I could help feel free to ask.
