Wharton (University of Pennsylvania) vs LSE?
I am stuck between the two. I got accepted into Wharton and got an offer for Maths and Econ at LSE. If i do go to Wharton i will double major or major minor in Econ and Maths.
I have visited both universities and like the environment and feel of both roughly the same. For my future career, i would like to work in east asia and australia in the finance/business/investment banking related field.
Which university would place better? -

you cant go wrong with either, both are exceptional in econ! I dont know much about wharton but i know someone who does law at LSE and says the student body is pretty dry and not as outgoing. However thats one persons opinion but personally i would go to wharton for the american experience. Btw if you dont mind me asking, what were your stats?

Re: Wharton (University of Pennsylvania) vs LSE?
Wharton is one of the best business schools in the world . In fact i believe that it is on the same level with HBS . It is got 10x endowment of LSE ( the whole UPenn got about x100 ) .Also i would like to mention that Wharton got one of the strongest alumni networks . If finances is not a problem then Wharton is my only choice. From my point of view i even can't say that your dilemma is serious since this both unis on completely different level . If it were Harvard and Wharton or Chicago and Wharton then yes..But LSE and Wharton?! I don't wanna insult LSE , it is sure a great university , but i will say it again that is on a different tier.
By the way i am also going to apply to US universities in the next year , so may i show my interest and ask about what with you applied to Wharton ? ( SAT results, SAT II results , some extra-curricular activities ? )
