Two penalties for us and one for them, their timewasting wasn't handled well and a player of theirs should have had a red card.

Ultimately though, our defensive display cost us this game, it might be one we rue for a few seasons to come.

Too many things went wrong today: didn't turn up until well into the second half, Szchesney had an awful game, Vermaelen was also off form, van Persie scored two but missed four, three good chances fell to Gibbs (who can't score), our sub striker was Chamakh (who also can't score), the ref was poor (only 4 minutes added time with 3 goals, loads of subs, injuries and time-wasting? though on the other hand we could've had red cards and penalties against us), and Norwich gave it their best.

Need Villa to do us a huge favour tomorrow...

Add **** defending and inability to hold on to the ball when we're in the lead. This game was very reminscent of that chelsea 5-3 game, we were leading 3-2 and then conceded, if john terry didn't slip up, we wouldn't have won that game

We have now clearly shown we don't deserve to play CL football. Well there is always the Emirates Cup where we can invite some 2nd or 3rd division club from Chili or Saudi so that we actually beat them and finally win a trophy!Freaking useless defense as usual
