    Studying Music at Uni
I'm only in year 11, so I'm in no rush to make decisions yet. But I just wanted people's opinions.
I want to be a music teacher (as in class music, not a peripatetic teacher) and I understand I have to do a music undergraduate degree and then a teachers degree.
But, I was just wondering, is there any universities or conservatoires that you recommend?
I was thinking Royal Academy of Music, but I don't know how good this university would be in terms of the theory.
    Thanks

I'd recommend doing a university degree rather than a music college one. It will give you a better foundation for classroom teaching
