why do so many feel the need to be a left wing, homosexual anti-Islamic tool?So a small rant about society in general. Why are you nearly always shouted down if you are either. a.) right wing b.) Islamic 3.) homophobic 4.) a minority. (Unless you have a just cause which a charity has identified) especially on these forums? people are no fun to debate with any more. They simply shout their opinions which are formulated by others, they also seem to base their facts on too many variables, what is to blame? Is it the governments fault for restricting us? maybe the school system which is always very socialist(unless you are in a private school) (yes I have been through all 3 types of schooling) or simply failing to provide a decent education?
People don't seem to be able to express their opinions, so those with a scrap of intelligence don't speak as they can't or those who do speak are generally the extreme end of the scale? “Wise men speak because they have something to say; Fools because they have to say something.” .. a quote by Plato, which seems to ring true?
Also why do people insist on restricting themselves to sects, why not explore the whole spectrum. Like with religion, or political belief... people are made up of more than one side... in the end they simply contradict themselves, if you push them to their limits. like the argument of left vs right, neither is ever going to win...if they simply coincided to the point where they did what they do best, society would be better?
This is just me but surely we need a semi capitalist/free market party, which enjoys the luxury of having the health service available to everyone? so you enjoy both sides of the scale, similar to what happens now...just with less pointless chat and waste? labour come in...ruin something, Tories come in...ruin something, what's the point? no one man has all the answers, why not listen to the people if they appear to have an idea which will work, however I fear that society will need better educating before this can happen and a new political power to come into play.

The 1st sentence reads horribly, there are huge sentences and paragraphs, no capital letters, title doesn't make sense when compraed to the post..

No, it's not readable (which is why other people have commented on it too), that's why I stopped reading after I had to read the 1st sentence 3 times because it didn't make sense and didn't match the title. EDIT: Much more readable now that you have split it up!

Being gay is a trait you are born with. Like brown hair or blue eyes. Its NOT a choice, like religion (to a certain extent) or politics. -

It's similar but not the same as racism to a degree, but you can hardly blame people who have had this stuff ingrained into their heads? especially religious groups? children in Islamic families for example...they need to be reasoned with until they see that the logic is false, not just shouted at or attacked?(Original post by DymphnaMc)
