Gonna be alone in my 2 bedroom apartment located in Preston, Lancashire.

Looking for a new roommate.

The address is 4 Woodrow House, Mercer Street, Postcode: PR1 4LQ. New modern apartment, large kitchen and living area. The rent is 525 per month, divided by two, half paid by myself. Internet is set up. Additional costs include water and electicity every three months.

20 minute walk to University, 10 minute walk to city centre. Lidl and other shopping possibilities located directly next to the apartment building.

Give them a while to do it.. took them 3 days to accept me :wink:

There isn't a guarentee you'll find any flatmates on there though.. I haven't yet! Just to let you know, you are on the top floor of Block L, in case you're interested :smile:

Top floor... I am actually pretty glad, I'm doing nursing so top floor will be ideal when doing shift because then There won't be noise above :smile:

How do you know all this anyway????

Yeah, sorry, but IQ Kopa only administrate the page, I don't, and they are not in the offices during weekends, and Monday was a bank holiday, hence the 3 day wait :/
